I mean... seriously why be online if your only gonna be able to go to peoples towns that you can be with 20 feet away? That seriously ruins the point of online.
lol, there are only online options other than the wireless 20 feet thing

. Wifi through hot spots (w/e, you know what I mean) seems promising.
If there is going to be a UK release of AC online for the DS, I may just cry. With happiness. And then I will glue my DS to my hands, and plug broadband into my veins.

Sounds fun.
And yeah, the 20 feet bluetooth won't be the only multiplayer thing. You can properly go online too.
Maybe there will be a password entry sytem for your town when your online, or something, so that only people you trust can go in... if so you could post it up to all the nice people on ragol forums!
Or maybe there will be an option to allow anyone in or only allow people youve likned with in, possibly changed by officer Cooper...
Sorry, i got no facts... just speculation.
okay what i MEANT was (i think you interpreted what i said wrong) if you can only go to your friends towns that you have already visited (menaing you can come into close contact with them) why bother going online. The point of an online game is to play with people far away from you. not someone who can come over to your house.
It'd be a great idea for a password system letting you play on other peoples towns - You sure dont want any terrorists coming into your little village. It'll be interesting to see how this online system will work with AC DS anyways...
LMAO Terrorists?! I kinda doubt someone would be bored enough to terrorise Animal Crossing towns.

I have an idea. There could be a friendliness rating and people could set what rating you need to visit their town.
Kinda like Ebay rating. xD
Yeah but what would determine your friendliness rating? Other peoples' ratings?
