If you find this weapon (Hard Mode,Forest,Bluefill) then you can have a whole ton of fun with it. It's special is a paralyzing attack, a very accurate paralyzing attack! So I took it for a test, the kind of positions you can freeze enemies in are hilarious! Because of the accuracy you can time it right so that when a monster is in the middle of an attack you can freeze them, this lasts for about 15 seconds.

But what I did was my friend was surrounded by Savage Wolves, so as soon as one jumped at him from behind I fired, he was stuck, in Mid-Air. Increddibly funny! We also got a Hildebear into a disturbing, yet funny position, in the middle of its flame attack. Give it a go if you have the gun already, if not, it's quite easy to find.

yer it is fun, same is freezeing enemies in crazy positions

i was trapped in a nano dragon when it froze but the other enemies could not hit me lol

i have found about 10 all together

If you think the Varista is fun, wait until you get to Ultimate and find a Red Handgun, or a Frozen Shooter (now that can get enemies frozen in wierd positions).

Yeah, you'll be astounded by some of the other weapons you'll find as you progress in the game.
