But yeah, forums are much different. When I think of chatrooms the first thing I think of is desperate nerds trying to 'score'. Sorry if I offended someone who actually goes on those things, but it's just what pops into my head.

Forums, on the other hand, are a good place to form friendships, and have a proper conversation about anything you like, not (as other people have said) just loads of people talking at once about nothing.

So in conclusion, a forum is NOT a chatroom.

And how were you showing that? I don't quite get what you were saying. "words for what.... pink...." That's just a sentence fragment and is intelligible.

That's what I meant.

But anyway, we better shut up or the mods'll be on our backs.

Forums are also a lot more long term. You might only talk to someone on a chatroom once, but you can speak to people on a forum regularly, and form friendships.
