At what rate does it actually drop?

I heard 1/205 and 1/22

I'm confused

It sounds like you're trying to get it from Ultimate Mode Hildetorrs. The only ID that can get it from Hildetorrs is Oran. The drop rate is 1/21, and seeing as that's a rare enemy... good luck with that one. They're just as annoying as trying to get a Lavis Cannon (which, thankfully, I haven't tried hunting yet)

I'm indeed trying to get it with an oran.
I allready found the lavis cannon from a skyly red slime (awfull time, i had (lol i'm a master yoda wannabe))

Enjoy hunting Syncestas then! You need two if you're looking for a Double Cannon, and piping/hunting Hildetorrs is the worst rare to try that of all. I know Nomad's been hunting Syncestas for a very long time now. Good luck.

If you have Online I would go Purplenum. 36 S. Red ins SB. I found my Syncesta very easily in Knowing One's Heart, but I don't suggest doing that or doing the first room of SoS trying to get Syncesta.

I'n piping for one too, well, I'm going to when i get a God/hp, then I can pipe with my force, but they'll be useless seeing that i haven't got a Lavis caonnon with Jess yet.

Ugh... that's a terrible rate for Lavis Cannon for Pinkal, but it's no worse than Yasha's rate for Skyly (Now THAT was a pain... may I never hunt something like that again for awhile...)

Nice find on the Yasha, and yes, its mean, but I can always split them into 4, and I can complete Cave in under an hour, and If I'm luckty I could always get a Luminous field, or a second Holy Ray...

Second? OOooo... nice find on the first! I wouldn't mind one of those myself, but I'm so busy with work and trying to fix my PSO connection that my hunting sessions are being tossed aside for training sessions recently.

i got 2 syncestas but i can get em from baranz w/ my skyly =)
