25 runs of Crater East (actually less but), that's not hard.
9-1 is usually better. Both taking 20-25 runs.
On average, 9-1 has 10 more enemies then East (3 variations).

Lol. Only level 20 after 1.5 days of Blue Burst, but I already found my first Episode 4 rare. An Infantry Mantle from some random box during 9-1. Got a Photon Drop later today as well... which isn't so bad seeing as it's normal and all.
