the 'PRINT SCREEN' key up next to HOME/PG UP/PG DOWN/END and if you onyl want a capture of what is currently open then hold ALT+Print Screen.

Once you have pressed the key open PAINT or any other photo software and PASTE into a new document.

I changed mine, it's the background Lee-Yoshi posted up but I used photoshop to get rid of all the text at the bottom of it so all the copyright info is gone making it a nice, neat picture :O .

Can I ask something? It would just be interesting to see everyone's programs menu, lol. Please? Just I want to see what everyone uses, purely out of interest, I swear.
