Well when you're in Mines, if you come to a small room with about 4 boxes and one near the middle is a green box, DON'T GET IT!!!! I hate those things..... I call them the "monomate traps" because that green box is always a monomate and you get like 700 damage instantly when you go for it!
I'm fully aware of those evil things. It's quite possible to get the item without the trap appearing though. I've done it many times.
use a trap search or a sense plate(armor) and use a tech like rabarta or aproach the box shoot the box (gun) and grab the monomate and don't go any further.
I hate Freeze traps because they rarely(but still) get me killed
. Damn enemies swarm me >_<. I hate slow traps because it's just annoying when you are a low lvl on Ult. I hate the paralyse trap because I am in the heat of battle and suddenly I can't do anything for a few precious seconds
. I also hate the damage trap because being a low level force in Ult can cost you dearly for being lazy, that's to say that I, occasionally, didn't use my trap vision when I should have

can but it isn't easy to do..... sometimes though, I just do it for kicks

i don't like when the traps are mixed in a fight area, you fight and a step foward "bam" you got para/conf/pois/slow or have the cure trap make your hp go up.

If you bothered to read the replies you'd know that Fabo was one of the people who said heal traps.....
I remember in Seabed, there was this one group of boxes, and when you get near it, 3 TRAPS STACKED ONTOP OF EACH OTHER blow up and instantly destroy you.... That's got to do like 2500 damage.... If you pull out Gizonde really fast though, you can occasionally make it, but that room is even worse than the monomate traps.
3 traps..........that's dificult to overcome, i've never seen 3 traps on top of each other.

i hate freeze traps cuz on cave ult. if i get froze i usually then get surrounded by vulmers and die b4 i get out......dang them...
