Forest of Sorrow, you can pipe in the final room when you have 4 Hildes.

Rare creatures questions come up far too often, I recommend that this thread be stickied.
That would be really cool to have this stickied!
For Hildeblues there's also LfL, but that quest only has 3, not 4, and there's the quest add on of CDFS (PSO+) which has 4.
A rare enemy sticky would be nice.
I'm sure most of you know by now, but also the quest 'Fake in Yellow' is probably your best bet of finding Pal Rappies, as the whole quest is filled with rappies.

on dreamcast the rare ciatures are very rare, i was lucky when i found the rare item from a rare criature (flowen's shield from all rappy).
