I drink usually, and rarely eat as it gunks up the controllers.
I generally eat Pringles or toast while playing, and I drink coffee, Pepsi/Coca-Cola or water as well.
Anything but fast food. Or junk (which is slightly better, imo).
You have to be really careful though, last weekend i had to disassemble my PC controller because it turns out there was Coca Cola gunking up the buttons making them stick causing me to have messups on PSO.
i like hot fries oh and popcorn while i play oh and i almost never drink anything.....

I only eat while telepiping, I do drink soda though while doing regular play. I like orange and clear (ex: Sprite, 7up) sodas. Right now I got some chips and salsa, and that's good. (but that's forum-food, not game-food)
