there is a trick to make items go to *99 (99 trimates....)
i know that you need 99 phonton drops and you make a trade at the bank (or several trades) and you have 99...... but i don't know how to make the trades.....help please.

That's called duping, and Buddah's right, it's against the rules to say how to because it's cheating (or using it for legit backups, but the cheating is the problem).
You use the PD's to trade in at the online Gallon's Shop quest. There is a guide on the main site stating how much each item costs.
is the "change the percentages of a weapon " a cheat..........i think not.....

You can use PD's to raise %'s on weapons, but that's very ineffective.
Please rephrase what you said before... I think you made both Buddah and I think you were talking about duping, when you might not have been.
