A lot of people ask stuff like "will duping this or that, or having hacked weapons do anything to my rare drop rate?"

Using duped legit weapons, or duped weapons created by item mod from an Action Replay will not in any way hurt your ability to find rares. They can have 127% on the weapons and nothing will happen.

"Will using a hacked mag hurt my chances?"

Using a hacked mag only hurts your chances when you are the party leader and you have the hacked mag. Unequip the mag before making the game, then equip it and you'll be fine.

Stacking will hurt your chances but again only when you make the party and have stacked items on you. If you make a party without the items on you then make them in the game you'll be fine.

We should make this a sticky, problem is alot of it is not proven to others. We need someone to take snapshot or video proof for many people to accept this.

How can you take video proof of drop rates changing?

I tested it as well.
I used a 127 native bringer's rifle and found a pd and some sword in fake in yellow

i know for sure a hacked mag will lower drop rate if u leading cuz i hada hacked mag b4 and never got a rare

Well then we can publish this as fact, also when I played online with a chainsawd that had all 99% I never found a rare, I didnt know that was impossible, it was when I first went online gullable fool that I was!
