This thread is for anyone who has any info. about the red weapons. In their descrpition, they all say that they have a certain letter (they give the letter(s)) engraved on the handle. Does anyone know if they spell out anything?
Heathcliff, as in Heathcliff Flowen. Take note only when using Red weapons during Olga Flow, you become Flowen.

Does that have any effect on the battle or your character? (besides appearance) Why does this happen? (if you know) :S
I dont belive so but dont ask me i havent used a red weapon on olga flow in ages

True! I turned into flowen on VHard and I was using my Demonic Fork. Some people believe that when the drop for Flow DNA is enabled you will only be able to find it using a red weapon, but personally I do not believe that!

I thought he did it on Hard mode as well... might be wrong though.
I wonder though: if the weapons spell Flowen's name, then why do they show Rico using them in EP1 credits? Shouldn't the PGF weapons have Flowen's name on them instead?
Flowen was Rico's mentor, and he made the Red weapons (which are prototypes) for Rico, hence why his name is engraved on the set.
I wonder what the v.2 description was, v.2 ep 1/2 did not have ep 2 levels..
