She resembles a figurehead, just as Canada's governor general is just that - a figurehead.
Yeah, but technically she doesn't DO anything. lol
I loathe royalty...

I see that no one think that we speak real posh, corking!
speak real posh corking...what?
Be brits always say corking... not. Tongue
Still confused???
Well, I can't speak for everyone, but i myself don't think about that kinda thing with Eropeans... Though there are quite a few wise-cracks about "you guys" as well with many other types of people.. I'm sure there are plenty of us Americans...hehehe.. but you know, you really shouldn't let this kinda thing bother you.. I don't like it myself.. but you know, there isn't much you can do about what the media puts up...
Relax, Faulkie, I don't think of you as a tea sucker, with nasty teeth and all that other crap... I think of someone like me, but with different backgrounds...
Cool, that's what I like to hear! Just me being tired and paranoid I suppose. Tongue
Being English, I must admit I drink an extremely large amount of tea, but I don't see the problem with that.

One of my teeth is also misaligned (a single top tooth goes behind the others) but even looking closely you'd be hard-pressed to notice, and in general I don't know where the idea of us having bad teeth comes from.

That episode of Fairly Odd Parents about the English taking over (I don't watch the show, my brother was) was really rather awful! We (the whole nation) could probably sue them for racism Tongue Not that I recommend that, it was only a joke.
I drink alot of ice tea..lol and I do drink tea from time to time Smile
