how do you do this it confuses me. do i have to get online or is it in some offline mission.

Photon Spears are online only. I think maybe you need photon drops to get them, but I do know that photon spears are used as rewards for beating somethings. Maybe challenge mode? I dont know. All I know, is that they can only be gotten online, and that they raise weapon %s.

You can use the Photon Sphere (not spear...) to add 30% to a weapon or 20 PD's to add 5%. No hit though, thats where ep 4's Photon Crystal comes in.

but like how do you use them? is there like a "use" option

Online, impossible to use PDs Offline.

oh i want to know what you have to do with them in very lamans terms to get the %s on your weapon
