All a matter of drop rates and your personal luck. (Not the stat)

As far as anyone knows, .beat time or normal time has nothing to do with finding rares.

i have a cross scar with 0/40/40/20

It's even harder to level up when your lv.96

Found a Cross scar with 35/30/15/0

No Hit, but pretty good percentages.
