Okay, I try to login this afternoon and I get Error 116: HL expired. Now, wtf... I was under the impression that the credit card got billed automatically. I know for a fact that the card I entered doesn't expire until next year, so why it's not billing the card is a mystery to me.
So I go to the HL site, finally remember my username, and check up on stuff. ...I HATE THEIR SITE. They NEVER give you the options you need. I clicked on my SN/AK and it came up with a screen that listed my HL as "INACTIVE," presumably since this morning. Yet the only button I saw was Cancel Account. Er can I get a "wtf" here???
And worse yet, it's Sunday, so there's no possible way I'm getting on until Monday, since I'm assuming I wouldn't be able to talk to a real person at Sega about this today (although maybe I'm wrong...). If I cancel and reactivate my account, what will that do? Anything I won't want?
