Yesterday I managed to get my lowest level character into Ultimate yet. I know there are plenty of people that have managed to get someone into Ultimate at lower than level 46, but that's my lowest so far. Could have been lower, but I wound up doing a fair few partial runs of stages because of work.
My Yellowboze FOnewearl manages to demolish Falz with no trouble whatsoever at level 45, leveled up to 46. This FOnewearl was untweaked except for the three items that were necessary for her survival. These were... God/HP, God/HP, and God/HP. Yes, three God/HPs. Total piping time for all three... 1 hour. The first two piped in under 10 minutes, the third was stubborn. Anyways... just saying I'm proud of pulling that off so easily, and I wouldn't mind hearing some of your lowest levels into Ultimate for your only slightly tweaked characters seeing as all I really did was double her HP

i know Tycho fomr PSOW had got a level 1 FOnewm in ult..(legit of course)
HA! It is absolutely impossible to get someone to Ultimate at level 1. The boss EXP would get you enough to send you up a few levels. I DO know about the telepiping trick, so you could skip all the regular enemies, but there is no possible way to get a level 1 character into Ultimate UNLESS you happen to be playing Blue Burst. Then it's simple... let your teamates do all the work while you do nothing.
It is impossible to reach Ultimate at Lv1 on BB because you cannot bypass the Lv requirement.
It is, however, possible on GC (offline), the way Tycho did it (and some other ways, actually).
Hmm... but if the game requires you to defeat the bosses to move on... how do you not level up from their EXP? Is there a video of this somewhere so I can see for myself? I just don't see how it is possible to bypass boss EXP when it is mandatory to defeat them... unless there's some glitch that allows you to skip them.

It's the same for monsters, it is required to kill monsters to open doors = same problem.
Tycho used the special effect of the Psycho Wand to die with every attack, you do not earn exp if you are dead...
Equipping a Psycho Wand at level 1... *checks database info on it* ...lets see 300 MST from mats... possible 390 MST from MAG... 690 MST boosts... possible 4 slot frame... so 160 more MST... 850 MST... and a FOnewm starts with 60 MST... 910 MST... okay, I can see that working. Waste of a character if you ask me, but anways I see that it is now possible... Must've taken awhile to actually put together the MAG and Mats and God/Minds in order to actually do that. Okay then, I'll admit it's possible now.

Yeah it's easy to get a lvl 1 character in to ultimate. Just have a high level chacacter beat all the stuff in multimode and there you go a lvl1 in ultimate
