ok i have a .gif but its to big for my avatar so any1 here able to make it the
80x80 thingy? that and 100x100 much would be appreciated i just dont
know how too =\

try a windows picture editor eg paint photo somthing or other and shrinking it maybe i dont know you could always try it

well i got it croped but for some reason it keeps changeign the format sorry lee

k thx..does the same for me it loses the motion after i shrink it..would i need
a special program mayb?
