Snow Queen is not more accurate than FS.
Snow Queen is good for freezing a whole group, but bad for solo gameplay.
It's best to have both, and change according to area.
SQ, since it cannot combo, will miss a lot on Hard/Special attacks, so it is really good if it has 30% hit or more, at least.
Snow queen can pierce and that is all u need! Snow queen is a much better wpn. ITs all i need in ultimate with a set of Guld Millas
simple solution, dupe your frozen shooter, stack a bunch of photon spheres/drops to make it say 100%in three factors and then make a snow queen while still having your fs if it is needed simple))))))

and what do the legit people here do? i mean, getting guld millas with a whittil at level 44[/scorn] must be really easy for 'mr legit' but some of us want the game to be a challenge....
I know, I don't understand this. Why can't he just pipe another Frozen Shooter? Its really not that hard. Also, Khan, how did you get that Guld Milla with a lvl. 44 whittil?
I've seen and used them both. I personally prefer the Frozen Shooter. Using a Frozen Shooter you can freeze multiple things because of the combo, once something gets closer you just freeze it. Using this you can pin things down and crush them even without changing weapons.
However, since the Snow Queen pierces it can hit enemies behind and can also work to pin enemies down. This is good in Mines and Spaceship for robots who shoot and Central Control Area for Gee.
It all comes down to personal preference, but I wouldn't recommend having both for one character, it isn't really neccessary.
Well, the Frozen Shooter at least if you miss your first shot you can freeze the enemy with your second shot before they reach you, unlike the Snow Queen where you have to wait for them to put the weapon down first.
