I know that it don't last forever, but I'm almost sure that I was invencible

wich is why i hate psycho wands for the hp loss ><

Yeah, this all happened in about a 4 or 5 second time frame... What's really confusing is how I died but the mag still didn't loose Synchro... in fact it was still doing the invincing thing when I died and the screen went red.

The Bringer never even shot off his laser though. It was the charge up and TP drain that killed me.

well that's something that only you can awser.
now you must prepare your self for the next time (avoid the bringer's shot is the best option)
