go to the PSU official page, you can see the different types of characters ( Human,Newman, Beast and Cast), there are 2 characters who puts ''comming soon'' i wanna see them!!

Hehe yes i have also noticed that. They'll probabily be revealed either next week or the week after. Shame there's nothing english about the text though! -_-

Oh! Lol, no probs, i didnt post about it as news incase you were wondering, because theres nothing really new thats been revealed. Maybe if the text wasnt only in Japanese like i said (Dam JP sites!) we might have learned somthing new, but we cant!

Still looking forward to these 2 new characters those, just as i have enjoyed the others being revealed

I'm looking forward to the new Beast class, it'll be loads of fun using them!
By the way, i heard that they were removing some of the older PSO features like MAGs, sec ID's, and even hunter classes! (i.e. you'd be able to use any wep, regardless of "class") Is this true, or are the ravers just going nuts again?

No, im pretty sure there will be some weapons some characters cant use. But yes, they have gotten rid of MAGs. Section ID's... i dont know, but probabily, especially in the online game as its one big MMO. In PSO, a section ID determines the items and maps when you make new games. In PSU, an MMO (With many MMO's), its just one big land that never gets remade. The maps dont change per characters, etc.

And Beast Class eh? They do sound good. I wanna turn into a beastman!

But, what I'm really looking forward to is the double-wielding system.

ill stick with Humans... or try out beasts depending on their specialties... i dont like that their ridding of SEC IDS and its rly disappointing that they got rid of mags too mags were another thing that made PSO cool. it seems their just Blending PSO into every other MMO/MMORPG.. EVERQUEST...FFXI...ect.. and out comes PSU -.-

Nah... I think some of PSO's features are acutally what's been holding it back.
I think that this is going to be a great game, and one that's not going to blend in simply because its a PS game. The MAGs and sec id's were just these little extra features that were simply unneeded in the game, if you ask me. I mean, MAGs were cool, but the sec id's were a tad biased at times (Bluefull and Skyly).
One of the things i have noticed though, is that PSU seems to be majorly influenced by the Star Ocean series, in terms of landscape and architecture.

i dont mind the section ids gone those were kinda a pain. (dont find all the stuff youre looking for...)

but mags? why? i loved mags. they were fun! seeng al the different kinds you could make..

and for characters i think i like ethan the most so far.. he reminds of a fomar/humar and the beast dude is just ugly as sin -_- and for the rest of em, i dont pick chicks.
