You know, i think you should really be more specific with this...
i.e., I normally hate how force weapons look, but absolutely love poles.
Also, some hunter weps are absolutely ridiculous, but others carry a certain sense of cool. I don't think you should just generalize by class.
i'm not just refering to looks but also what kind of weapon is the most usefull to you

blades. they have alot of different looking ones. i dunno guns and canes look kind of stale and similiar to each other to me.
I like the way blades look in general. Guns are my second favorite.

Honestly, i think its better to use a wep based on whether or not you like the way it looks, not by how usefull each one is. I mean, honestly, there's not that much difference in damage, it's just what KIND of damage you want to deal, and in PSO, the fighting is so simple that it doesn't really matter all too much.

Because ranged weapons are much more useful to hunters than bladed weapons.
I choose guns, because my HUmar use it a lot of times when he is endagered or when it's necessary.
Another useful weapon is the slicers, my Red Slicer help me a lot. But my Red Handgun is more useful because I can hit the enemies without they seeing me and it would take a heck more longer to defeat Ult. Falz third form without it.
blades. guns dont hit high enough for me. plain n simple. i like twin blades like asukas, yamatos, and sange n yasha, also swords help alot particularly in the mines...
most guns are not that great..... theyre mostly for ppl who cant stand to take the dmg... and have to shoot from far away..
