well for me ultimate ruins will always be hard , even with a lvl 200 humar.
i can kill them easily, but they can trou me to the flor with 1 hit, sometimes i defend.

on ultimate it's very boring, but still i like it.
i agree, i think that on ultimate mines is very very boring
not with a FO. its hilarious spamming rafoie and watching all the enemies die
Yeah mines is pretty dull for my FOmar, except for when I get shot by lasers and pounced on by Sinows. Still, great EXP though.
and the canabin army with the canune, i use rabarta to hit them all and next i kill the canune, lot's of exp in no time.
On mines if you kill the cannane. . . . i think. . . . .well the one in the middle of the circle thats red, and not the others in the circle, on ult rafoie does this i think, and then you warp out. wen you warp back the one in the middle will appear again.
you can do the same with pan arms. if you let pan arms split and then kill the one you want the drop from and then warp out while the otha is there, wen you warp back they will both b there together.
these can be really ways to get items, especially pan arms
Useful strategy Toby. I'll have to try the Pan Arms one.
I've heard of the Canane strategy, but I dislike the Mines, and the Cananes are pretty rare. I only find a couple each run.
I avoid the Mines. While you can get decent EXP from them, they bore me. I'd stick to the Caves, if you have enough EDK. Other than that, I'll just do lots and lots of Forest runs, or SoaB runs, or Addicting Food runs. That works for me!
what i like on ultimate mines is the fact that you gain more exp then in the caves and because the majority of the criatures are easy to fight ,(sinow blues are a pain)
