lvl 69 with 999999 Mesta!!! I would have had it alot sooner but my friend needed some so i gave him 200k.
Level 20 with roughly 56000 meseta. Oh well.
I still have no Meseta to show for my efforts... I wish I could just keep my cash...

I died on ultimate and couldn't get it back :'(
The most meseta I have on a character is my lvl 103 on the DC. I have the max in the bank and I'm pretty much full on my character as well.
