I don't get it. I saw a few groups of words flash by, but they were all too quick to actually read.

thats the idea of subliminal messages, apparently they register in your subconscious, so if one says 'drink coke' you won't actually realise what it says but next time you go out to get a driink you're brain will say 'coke' and you'll buy it (well thats the idea) and subliminal messages are therefor banned.
