I lost all 3 of my characters on level 125/134/79 I have them in my memory card how can I get them in my hard drive I had to make a new account and tag or did i just lose of of my hard work :|

If is says anything about corruption, try deleting your guild card file. If that doesn't work, yes, you lost it all! :'(
