Hi, I've decided on making a new character (again >.>;...) I wanted to try somethin different and play a different character I normally don't (pretty much anything outside the force class XD). I was just wondering what character has the highest Evasion Potential outside of the force class. Thanks for the help

RAmarls have the highest EVP potential in the game. Their max base is 900, followed by A Fone's 883[which you don't need to know since you said non force].
