I've seen a few, but they all require payed accounts.
I tried using a freewebs.com account before just to store music, but you can't upload anything more than 750 KB there without becoming a "premium member", oh, how I loathe those words!
I don't know if this will help you at all, but:
http://www.rapidshare.de
- you can host anything up to 50 MB per file, and you can have infinite files
- no account required (it just gives out a URL)
- it's free
- people can only access the files you upload if you give them the link to it
- no direct linking... it is payed for by adds, so when you download something you must scroll down past some adds... :|
- anything not accessed for 30 days is deleted :|
To upload a file:
- go to the site, and put the file location in the upload bar thing, click "Upload"... self explanatory.
- scroll down on the next page that appears, you will see:
--- a download link
--- a deletion link - only you know this address (and it has a long number in it so a random person can't guess it), type it in the URL bar to delete the file
- save those 2 adresses on your computer somewhere so you don't forget them
To download a file:
- either type in the download link in the URL bar or click on a link to it
- scroll down the page, click "Free Download"
- scroll down the next page, it will say that your download will start in ### many seconds
- when a button appears that says to download, click it
