its just like this. its not psychic at all.

seems weird at first. but its not. if you take any two digit number and you add both digits together and then subtract the sum of the two digits from your original number you will always have a number divisible by 9. and what they did is made every multiple of 9, except for 99 because no two digits of a two digit number subtracted from the number will give you 99, a certain symbol so it has to be that symbol if you did the math right. And im talking about my link by the way.

Also for the second part of your post you are not psychic if you take a number between 1-10 double it x it by 5 and divide it by the number you started with you will always come up with 10. 10-93 is -83...
