Photoshop or Paint Shop, whichever you have available (they're rather expensive, though Sad).

Lol, I stole and edited a FOmar from the default forum icons here too!
I stole Break's Agito and then added another frame to it using an animated .gif editor program. Join the FOmar-steal-and-edit team? XD

as well as lots of PSO and PS fanart. There are excellent pictures of Rico and Flowen.

wow that person is really really really good! no wonder the avatars are so cute! this is a really goos site for findind an avatar.
PS- mirinee your avatar is awesome and it blinks too!

get an image/wallpaper and take the necessary with paint (char/faces)
or use photoshop to do more complex images. (my sig was made in photoshop)

Thx for help all, but right now I have a time and money issue. When I get more time I will play with my current avatar in mspaint, as he already looks like my major carc ( LazyBones ) with his asuka, just needs a few tweeks. Thx for all the info again, my fiance finally taught me how to get him to mspaint, but now is a time issue. Laziness :beard:
