is ice queen and frozen shooter that good and whats a the best weapon for a ranger on hard
im not sure about the Frozen shooter but the Snow Queens special can freeze enemies instantly..always freezes with everyshot
Frozen Shooter and Snow Queen are must haves for Rangers, though they are only found in Ultimate, not Hard.

Frozen Shooter is a must have for Rangers, certainly.
I don't agree with you on the Snow Queen though, as I find it far too situational to be a must have weapon. With that said, I don't have much experience of using one.
Also note that you cannot get Snow Queen offline, you can only get it with online.
i thought that you had to have the frozen shooter+9 first then use a photon booster on it to get the snow queen..
Anyway the snow queen is a class weapon.

It's a hard decision to make whether you should change it or not though.
i'd prefer the frozen shooter for its combo, although i have two and i could change one
I've heard that if you have a Frozen Shooter and want to turn it into a Snow Queen then you need to have a good hit percentage. Is this true and what would constitute the minimum good hit percentage?

30% hit is the minimum, else keep the FS.
