Basically paralysis weapons are inadvisable for Hunters. Rangers would be much better than Hunters.
Generally it seems that rangers, especially android rangers, benefit most from the ??? weapons.

lucky rangers. that means forces need alot of hit% on a weapon to make a special.

Nope. S-Ranks never reduce, nor do some of the better special weapons. S-Ranks cannot get Charge as a special though (even though a Charge Vulcan with 50% hit is better anyway), but they can get Zalure, Jellen, TP/Revival, and HP/Revival.
The PD cost is rather steep on them though. (about 50 depending on what you want)
Generally forces should only ever use Rares. They have nuke capabilities, they don't need anything else.

I want a LACONIAN SHOT or CERAMIC SWORD, but I'm not sure what specials I'll give them...

i couldve said 'do s-ranks really not reduce' but i thought my quote provided that bit..
the only time you will use fire/shock damage is if you are rediculously under-lvled (like waaay way way under-leveled) when you may do more damage with a special than a hard attack. other than that theyre pretty useless, so something like that on an s-rank would be a big no-no. for you, i would recommend zalure, but since HUmars already have it :S. you dont really need any of the other specials either, but since s-ranks dont reduce you may want to consider something like 1/2 or 1/4 health attacks (if you can get them)
