I got a soul banish with 45% hit. Good luck getting it from me. Even if I manage to connect to the "naughty" servers, I might not trade it, but it's worth the try. I was looking for a couple luck materials, and it is only one little legit soul banish...if you have the right amount of materials I'd probably trade it.
Edit: I noticed you are in need of a P wand...hmmm...I just happen to have like 8 of those, all of them have a weird spec except for one which has the actual spec, and I believe it to be legit, I can't remember if I found it or not though.
