i was wondering......can you change the stats of the game (exp of a monster, rare apearence rate....) on pso using programs that were made to do the game?
instead of a booma giving 90 exp, you could put 99999 or something like that.

Yes there's an AR code called EXP Mod that will define the amount of exp you gain from each kill. There is a code that forces enemies to drop rares 97% percent of the time, as for making more enemies, I'm sure there is, but there isn't a code for it

a program(s) that will let me change the game without interfiring with the game
example: with a rom hack utility for a genesis emulator you can make sonic jump higher, run faster......(no cheats, just a different game)
like pso i would like to make my own pso with stats different from the original.

That makes no sense.
You want to make a mod of PSO?
That would require you to reverse compile the source code of PSO (which is illegal), then to spend a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time editing the source code so it'd work for a computer, then spend another loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time editing the stat info. But I doubt that'd even work, and if it did, it'd be a new computer game.
There are no current mods of PSO though (unless you count BB as a mod of EP1&2, which I suppose it is), and if there were, you couldn't play them on DC with your character.

changing the stats won't afect the save, game, ....

change to
booma:=ffff (exp)
then you'd kil;l a booma and see

And lol, I'm almost definite it won't be that simple. First of all you'd have the class Booma, a subclass of ForestMonster, a subclass of Monster, EPI, Pawns, Actors etc. etc. (I'm guessing.) Then it wont just be "private int boomaexp = 3;", because you've got all the difficulties and weapons that grab extra exp etc. etc..
And finally, as WhitNinja said, it's illegal.

let me simplify this question
let's take for ex the sonic 1 for genesis
wich program did they use to make the game?............
a rom hack program is similar , i change the necessary stuff (red sonic, green water..........) and the rest of the game stays the same (no cheats are involve)
now pso , wich program(s) did sega use to make the game?
i want the same or a similar one to change the game just for me
the game stays the same exept for some minor stuff.
