i'm trying to put the bit where micks thrown off the cage into a mini movie for my sig but i don't know how any ideas?
It's a long and tiring process that i'm not even gonna bother typing up here atm because it'd involve downloading a lot of programs and depends on what programs you already have! lol Maybe someone else knows a much easier route, cos i'd like to hear one too! XD

I'd say all the WWE things are pretty horrific... it's so scary that anything could be that stupid.

I'm doing Amateur (is that spelled right?) wrestling so i get banged about a bit but nothing like that, the worst things i get are being chokeslammed through thin wooden tables, i do some stupid things but nothing like that. i get put in hospital for being dropped on my face on steel stairs but not from being thrown off a 16ft cage onto an announcers table, Do not wrestle if you can't handle immense pain
