Topic revived... but what the heck, there are two questions that need to be answered here.
@byndgrv: Once a character gets 190 ATA and is over Lv 100, you can use Handgun: Milla with Handgun: Guld to create the Mechguns Guld Milla. They're pretty good.
@icedragon90909: Just meet the requirements, you don't need to be Online (Although you may to get some of the items, like the Blue-Black Stone for the BKB). Once you do, as long as you have the base weapon or armour equipped, if you select the other ingredient you'll see a Use option on the menu.

Hey I have a question for you, let's say I was going to make the magical piece. Then what would be the difference if I used a "Wand 15" or a "Scepter 10". Would there be different stats or would the effect of the item be different?
