im getting mario kart ds soon and i have a few questions
1)can i do offline multiplayer if 2 people have the game and 2 dont because i already know u can do download play with one cart game and a couple ds,s

You have a choice (I'm guessing) of using one pack between everyone or one pack each. Having one each will almost definitely be a better game. I don't think you can mix and match though, so basically you can play a slightly better 2-player game with your friend who has the game or a slightly worse 4-player game with everyone.

No. You can't. It's either four game packs or one.
