Does anyone know how to get the angels wings mag and the double cannon weapon?

The angel wings mag is evolved from a mag cell by a Heart of Angel. I think its a saint rappy drop.

Do you have to feed the mag a certain item? How does it evolve?

Yea you have to feed it a 'Heart of Angel'. These are dropped by Saint Rappys (Xmas).

So I can just basically have any mag and then feed it a heart of angel cell and it automatically turns into an angel wing mag?

What about devil wings?
