i don't know if it exists but....is there a handgun or mech that a ver.2 humar can use with the special of stealing hp or tp (i do not want ???? weapons, i want good and powerfull handguns, also rare)?
on a boss, can i do some kind of special (any special)?
can the enemy body weapons have %?
can the soul eater or the pan have %?
is there a handgun or mech for a ver.2 humar that just by doing normal atacks it have a chance of killing instantly?

1. probably, but not sure.
2. you can steal stuff (hp, tp, exp) but you cant freeze/confuse it etc.
3/4- yes, but not straight away. you need to use a photon sphere on them, or a load of pd's which will raise some %'s up by 30 for a photon sphere, or 5 for the pd's. can't put it on hit % though, and need online to do it. not sure if you can on ver. 2.
5. no, unless its massively powerful... the instant kill always comes as a special, so normal attacks will never do that. also, you can't kill a boss instantly with that special/megid.

2- i tried to steal exp with no results, imagine staling 10% of a 5000 exp boss, you would gain 500 exp per hit, this means that you would gain something like 20000+5000, i think it is not possible, not sure about hp / tp
3/4- on ver.2 there isn't phonton drops and sheres
5- some weapons just by doing normal atacks can do an instant kill
example: imperial pick, the blades can kill in 1 hit and the specila cut's 1/2 of the enemy hp.
I think you can steal HP and TP, although you cant Steal EXP at all.

guns with hp/tp- yes, but there is a limit (eg- on gc ep 1+2 you can only steal 120 hp on ult, not sure about tp) basically, just because you're agaisnt a boss dont expect the amount stolen to increase tenfold, the limit will stop it.

tanks, but i still need the name of guns wit the hp/tp stealing special and the name of guns that have the chance of kiling instantly (normal atack)
The max for Gush special is 120 HP......and Geist I think is 10+% of your maximum, I want to say 16%, but I just use it, I don't know the actual rate.....
Actually, Giest is 6%... Rather sucky, isn't it? The upside about it is that it regenerates based off of your max, rather than the enemies current, TP. So, when you use a TP drain special, the enemy does not loose TP (but with an HP drain special, the enemy looses HP).
