whats with the s rank moon? what bonuses does it give and is it any good? looking at the stats the summit moon owns it in every way. (i was just thinking having a half moon would be pretty cool on my FO

Nope, it just sucks. No tech boosts or anything, and you can't even get 50% hit easily on it.
It's a novelty item.
