Post your favorite Red Meats here. Mine is Ostrich.

Post your favorite fish meat here! Mine is...I have no clue. I love so much fish...Eel...Swordfish is good. You can't cook it too much, though, because it gets dry VERY quickly. Lightly seasoned, it's delicious. I am also a large fan of both Sushi and Sashimi.

Not too keen on fish persay, but i enjoy shellfish,lobster the most, does this count? :S

technically lobsters a crustacean but who cares it lives in the sea so its fishy!

Tuna and cod are nice but i do prefer stingray and oh whats it called ah yes suuuuuushiiiiiiiiii

Well, I'm not going to make abother thread for shellFISH. I'm not to much of a fan of lobster, but I do love crab. I really can't stand any other shellfish.
