Like right now for me. I'm also hunting for an angel harp and I've only seen 2 pal rappies after doing FiY over 30 times

i wasted 56 telepipes trying to find a al rappy on v hard (i can't remember why) but it annoyed me when i didn't find a single al rappy

I'm guessing you are an android then...
it's really hard to pipe with them, i can pipe like 700 times with 10 trifluids with my HUmar and about 2000 times with my FOmar

You didn't pipe nearly enough, you need to pipe 64 times in the room with eight rappies and 74 times in the last room [best] where there are seven rappies. 11 FiY to find a rare rappy, try that. -_________-

You'll probably find one on your 32nd or 33rd run, if you're playing v3.
I like to do FIY runs myself, if I have the time. The noise of the telipipes becomes brain numbingly boring after about ten minutes for me
