Yeah... I've watched a couple of the PSU videos and I just wanted to know who that chick is with the blue hair and the like bolts or small horns on the sides of her forehead is? Is she a Cast or Beast also? Thanks in advance

Eh? the only one i can see who has that sort of thing on her head would be Remlia Norphe, who is a Cast, but has Pink hair not blue
