ok i have some high lvl mags, if i find the heart of chao or the heart of opa opa, i will instantly feed them ......my question is this...
can i feed these mag cels on a lvl 200 mag (not rare) or do they need to be less then 200?
this may sound stupid but i do not want to remake my mags all over again.

I think if they're
not rare then you can still use a cell. Not sure on that, though...
They still need a stat combo for some Cells.

i've made these mags so i can feed them mag cels, they are ready, they are in lvl 170(+-) and i would like to raise them to lvl 200 but......im agine that i can't feed them.......now thats a problem.
You can still feed your mag's at Lv.200 so it should work, unless i have read this complety wrong then forgive me...
It's not relevant for your particular cell (opa opa) but always remember some mag cells (like mag cell 213) evolve your mag differently depending on the class/secID they are being used by at the time.
