I liked the beginning of MP2, but then the whole light/dark gimmick got a little too much and it seemed like they unbalanced the two at different times. If they take that away for MP3 I'll buy it. I didn't actually complete either of them though. I enjoyed them but the sheer size makes them tedious....
Arrogantelf Wrote:Both awesome games, and Nintendo exclusives yay. Well:
Snes metroid 3 - 100% in 2h 48m
Metroid Prime 1 - 100% in 8h 23m
Metroid Prime 2 - 100% in 9h 35m
Quadraxis(spl) although easy is probably the best boss ever for sheer size lol and the annihilator beam is awesome in every way, looks, homing as well. Check out that arm cannon on a charge a.beam shot, the way light and dark energy feed into it then BOOM, let that sound wave go. Also i agree.......Phazon suit>light suit.
Gonna replay 2 to see if i can beat my 100% time whilst waiting for MP3.

... i couldn't get 100% scans cos i forgot to scan that huge winged beastie in the second dark temple's little baby things... poo...
but i disagree with the annihilator beam, it's weak as hell, although homing is awesome...

, but sonic boom is cool...
P.S dark samus 4 suck's balls

I'm not sure I wanted to know that.
I gave up on Prime at the adult Sheegoth in Phendrana Drifts. And now i'm stuck on Boost guardian. (MP2).
I have to agree that Adult sheegoth was rather hard... but after you beat him, you fight them as normal enemies, but it is easy with the plasma beam

Adult sheegoth - remember to get close, let her breath out and after her breath stops fill her face with missiles(3) then rinse and repeat...boost guardian - try to stay out of its way bomb the grey goo and missile it in ing form whilst remembering to collect the health-ups it leaves.
I do like supercharging the crystals with the annihilator beam and watching those ing get sucked in lol

Glows a suttle red, makes me want to go into the screen and touch it... luckily i am not a member of the Ing so even if i did, i wouldn't die, then again i would probably die in the atmosphere of Dark Aether...

...
does anyone know what Aether means?... fans of Fire Emblem should know, first person to get it right gets a pat on the back...
Hello. it's A planet. It has no meaning. Thats like saying Earth means "A blue and green planet that has life..." Or there is the Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy version;
Earth, Mostly Harmless. But that is just a stupid comedy film.

wrong: Aether means Sol and Luna, which means Sun and Moon, which all in all means light and dark...
PWNED... lol
