This thread needs to be closed, it's advertising.
I don't want to be a dick but the rules state that any advertising is in order for a warning, as this guys post was autoed most likely (There's no way a forumer wrote even in that semi-elequated speech) I suggest banning this guy since he's got, like one post.....That's blatant advertising. Some leniency could be given to a member who had more than 30 posts as they would have been here for a while. Again, I suggest banning as per forum rules.

This guy made a great contribution to PSO, especially for people stuck offline, and when he tries to tell us about it, you want him to shut up. Well, how else would anyone ever know unless he told us?
I think if there must be a consequence he should only recieve 1 warning. The rules don't state anything about being banned if they are not well-known.
And i believe the rules apply to everyone; whether you're small like a hamster or big like a guniea pig!

I think that rules really only applies when the advertising isnt justified tin the area(PSO game goes in PSO forum..)

According to the rules, yes this is advertising, but there's a reason why we have human moderators rather than machines.
Humans can make decisions.
