First off are game stores allowed to sell imports?
I got this a few days ago, an american import i found in my local game shop(uk doesnt get it till march 31st i think?) and Its brilliant!
It is pretty much the very original playsation game, with added multiplayer, touch screen puzzles and first person knifey action, ( touch screen stuff is just in the rebirth mode methinks.)
its great to just have this game as a handheld, i can't seem to put it down, and at the moment i'd kill toplay it multiplayer, biut lack of a second DS stops me :/
All of the appalling voice acting is in there too, always good for a laugh. ^_^

EDIT: i'd also like to point out you can poke jill in the boobs and butt, and chris in the head and general bum area with the stylus, a completely uncessesary feature, but fun none the less ^_^

Do you mean game stores as in GAME with the purpley logo n everything? If so, they can get it traded in, but they don't import new games to sell as new... :S
Saying this though my mate also got Resi Evil DS today (From an import shop lol), and, although we couldn't turn the sound up, seemed pretty similiar-ish to the shoddy PS version we all know and love! XD Dunno if i'd get it though, would have played on the multiplayer mind if it was Download Play, but it's not!
We'll just have to stick to Mario Kart during those boring Maths lectures
It was brand new, from a shop called eclipse, rip-off trade-in prices there
and yeah it ispretty much a a playstation port, love it all the same (brings back memories ^_^ )
Thought you'd never played the original. I had to tell you how bad the voice acting was.
I had the original, got it for my birthday many a year ago (my big brother traded it with his friend for cool boarders not long after, and i never saw it again
) and i knew about the bad voice acting :S
He traded it for Cool Boarders? ..... XD
I've heard of Eclipse too, though the Eclipse i know is pretty much just a big market stall! Used to be anyways... who knows where they've got to now eh? Hehe...
How far are you through it then?
