If you stack your items on Offline singleplayer mode, will that decrease your chances of getting a Rare item?

If you have PSO+, then the odds of finding rares when you have stacked items or lv +200 mags are:
0%
You see where whiteninja put the giant 0%? That was your clue. You won't find anything, sorry!
