I found this picture today.I've never heard of the weapon,and i was wondering if anyone could shed any light on it?

its an s-rank cutter. the writing is in red on all s-ranks which is cool, and you can custom name them (eg. i want to make a siamese twin )

I want a "SEALED J-CUTTER"

Oh.I thought it was a hacked weapon because the writing looks a little weird,and there isn't a character near enough to highlight it.
