So you're saying you wrote the Sato guide for PSOW? How am i sposed to know that ? And i'd like to know how you came to the assumption that i was whining. To an extent you could say some of the information appears to be copied, but, believe it or not, it comes from the exact same game, PSO; therefore it will be the same.
Ragol.co.uk's design is one of the most unique and best layed out PSO Sites on the web in my opinion. I believe nothing has been "Stolen" as you put it.

I heard you could make a GC mag and im also working on other mag guides if they work. Hopefully, Ill be able to get them to sol or another mod within a week or two.

Bad news I'm afraid. You need a new char or a friend with a char with an ID of VIRIDIA, BLUEFUL, REDRIA, WHITILL, that is a male hunter. If you know someone who fits that criteria, then just raise the mag according to the equation
DEF + DEX = POW + MIND
and stop at lvl 99. Let your friend feed the mag to lvl 100 and it should evolve.
If it's going to be used for your hunter, then I suggest stats of
5 DEF + 45 DEX = 50 POW + 0 MIND
DEF + DEX = POW + MIND
